These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who registers an account, accesses, or uses any jkjl service — whether on mobile, desktop, or any other device. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules published for specific games, competitions, or promotions on jkjl. In any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms govern only the area of conflict, while these Terms continue to apply to everything else.
By using jkjl, you also acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with jkjl.
To register an account on jkjl, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:
Each person may hold only one active jkjl account. jkjl uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and address verification to detect duplicate accounts. If jkjl determines that you have registered more than one account — for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — jkjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and permanently ban the affected individual from re-registering on jkjl.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jkjl account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jkjl will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jkjl support immediately at support@jkjl.app and change your password without delay.
jkjl is strictly an 18+ platform. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery, and all funds in the account — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited. jkjl may report underage gambling to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
jkjl is required by its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. This is standard practice for licensed gaming operators in the Philippines and is designed to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

jkjl may request verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, when your account activity triggers an AML review, or when you request to update your personal details. jkjl will not process withdrawal requests for unverified accounts above a defined threshold, which is set in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Most jkjl account verifications are completed within 24 hours of document submission. Submit clear, unedited photos of your documents for the fastest processing. Documents with missing information, poor image quality, or signs of alteration will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit.
jkjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).
Withdrawals from jkjl will only be processed to a payment method that you own and that has been used to deposit funds into your account (matching ownership policy). Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits. jkjl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request it considers unusually large or otherwise requiring review under its AML obligations.
If a deposit fails or is reversed by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your jkjl wallet, jkjl will deduct the corresponding amount from your account balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, jkjl will contact you to arrange recovery. Deliberate payment reversals (chargebacks) after funds have been used for wagering will be treated as fraud and result in immediate account suspension.
jkjl offers a range of promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant offer page, as well as these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts on jkjl are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount only — not to your deposit. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on games listed with a reduced contribution rate (e.g., 10% or 50%) count toward wagering at that reduced rate.
Behaviour that jkjl considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using bonus funds on a betting pattern that jkjl determines is designed to exploit low-risk wagering rather than genuine play; using betting patterns that guarantee the wagering requirement is met regardless of game outcome (hedging); or systematically exploiting any promotion in a way that contradicts its intent. jkjl may withhold bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is determined.
All bonuses on jkjl expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited at expiry. Expiry periods cannot be extended except at jkjl's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
The Terms and Conditions on this page govern all general bonus rules. Each individual promotion on jkjl also has its own specific terms covering eligible games, minimum odds (for free bets), expiry dates, and maximum bet rules while a bonus is active. Read both before claiming any offer.
A bet placed on jkjl is not valid until you receive an explicit confirmation from jkjl — displayed on screen and reflected in your bet history. Bets that fail to record due to a connection error, incomplete form submission, or platform error are not valid. If you believe a bet was placed but cannot find a confirmation, contact jkjl support before the event begins.
jkjl makes every reasonable effort to ensure that published odds and markets are accurate. However, jkjl reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error — including but not limited to: obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors), markets published for the wrong event, or odds resulting from a data feed malfunction. In such cases, your stake will be refunded in full. jkjl will not honour winnings on bets where it can demonstrate the odds were clearly the product of a technical or human error.
jkjl may suspend betting markets at any time — before or during an event — where there is a risk management requirement, late team news, or a live incident that requires odds recalculation. Bets already confirmed at the time of suspension remain valid. If an event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned unless jkjl's specific sport rules state otherwise.
jkjl settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of each sport or competition. For MMA, this is the result declared by the promotion (UFC, ONE Championship, or Bellator) at the conclusion of the bout. For NBA and basketball, this is the final score at the end of regulation or overtime as applicable. Results declared following a post-event review or appeal may result in jkjl resettling affected bets — both settled wins and losses may be revised.
jkjl's casino and card game section — including Tongits, fishing games, and all other non-sports betting games — uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that no party — including jkjl — can influence game outcomes.
Tongits on jkjl is played according to standard Filipino Tongits rules as implemented in jkjl's platform ruleset, which is displayed within the game interface. In any dispute about a specific hand outcome, the game log recorded by jkjl's server constitutes the definitive record. Player-side disconnections do not affect the validity of a Tongits hand already in progress — the server continues to act on the last confirmed action or, in some game modes, applies a defined auto-play decision.
Fishing game outcomes on jkjl are determined by the game's internal RNG. In-game mechanics, fish values, and special weapon multipliers are as described in each game's help section. jkjl does not manipulate fishing game outcomes to respond to player win/loss patterns.
In the event of a software or server malfunction during a game session on jkjl, jkjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. If a malfunction results in an erroneously large payout being displayed, jkjl is not obligated to honour that payout and will correct the balance once the error is confirmed. All game session data is logged server-side and is the primary reference in any dispute.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on jkjl and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and possible reporting to Philippine authorities:
jkjl operates under a PAGCOR license with AML obligations. Accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting are reported to PAGCOR and, where required, to Philippine law enforcement. jkjl cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement investigations.
jkjl may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these Terms, identifies unusual account activity, receives a regulatory instruction to do so, or determines that continued account access poses a risk to jkjl or other players. During suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets on jkjl. If suspension is determined to be an error, jkjl will restore access and, where applicable, compensate for any bet that was unable to be placed due to the error.
You may request to close your jkjl account at any time by contacting support@jkjl.app. Before closure, any remaining balance in your jkjl wallet (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that closing your account is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request self-exclusion instead so appropriate safeguards apply.

By registering on jkjl, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your jkjl account. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — subject to jkjl's legal retention obligations — by contacting support@jkjl.app.
All content on jkjl — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds presentation, written content, images, and software — is the property of jkjl or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any jkjl content for commercial purposes without express written permission from jkjl. Unauthorised use of jkjl's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jkjl is not liable for:
jkjl's total liability to you for any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by jkjl's negligence, or for fraud by jkjl.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jkjl that cannot be resolved through jkjl's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jkjl also accepts the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for matters covered under its licensing conditions.
jkjl may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, jkjl will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of jkjl after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using jkjl and contact us to close your account.
