Gaming should be fun, not stressful. jkjl gives every Filipino player the tools, information, and support needed to stay in control — because the best game is one you play on your own terms.
Our Commitment
Gaming on jkjl should be an enjoyable part of your day — a Tongits session with friends, a quick bet on the NBA game, a few rounds of fishing games during your break. That's what most Filipino players are here for, and that's the experience jkjl is built to deliver.
But jkjl also knows that for some players, the line between entertainment and a problem can shift — sometimes gradually, sometimes quickly, and often without the player noticing until it's already affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health. That's not something we can ignore.
Responsible gaming at jkjl isn't a legal checkbox. It's a real commitment — with actual tools built into the platform, a trained support team, and a clear process for players who need to step back. We're not going to push you back to the tables if you've told us you need a break. We're going to make sure the break sticks.
This page explains what responsible gaming means on jkjl, what tools are available to you right now, how to recognise when gaming stops being fun, and where to get help — whether from jkjl's own support team or from dedicated Philippine resources.
Player Safety Tools
These tools are available right now — no need to call anyone or wait for approval. Find them in your jkjl account settings under "Responsible Gaming".
Cap how much you can add to your jkjl wallet per day, per week, or per month. Choose the amount that fits your entertainment budget. When you hit your limit, deposits are blocked until the period resets. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately — increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period so the decision is deliberate.
Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose in a given period. If your net losses reach the limit you've set, jkjl will prevent further wagering until the period expires. This is separate from deposit limits — you can have both active at the same time for double protection.
Set a maximum session duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or whatever you prefer. When your session reaches the limit, jkjl will display a reminder and log you out unless you actively choose to continue. Seeing the session clock is often enough to prompt a break.
Enable periodic pop-ups that appear during your jkjl session showing how long you've been playing, your net position for the session, and your remaining budget for the period. Reality checks interrupt autopilot behaviour — when you see the numbers, you make more conscious decisions about whether to continue.
Take a break from jkjl for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. Your account is locked immediately — you can't deposit, bet, or log in during the exclusion period. At the end of the period, you can choose to reactivate or extend your exclusion. No questions asked, no pressure to return sooner.
If you decide that jkjl is not for you — permanently — you can request a permanent self-exclusion that closes your account and prevents re-registration. Any remaining balance will be returned to your payment method. This decision cannot be reversed. Contact gaming.help@jkjl.app to request permanent exclusion.
Log in to your jkjl account → tap your profile icon → go to Account Settings → select "Responsible Gaming". All tools listed above are available in that section. If you can't find a tool or need help activating it, contact jkjl support via live chat or email gaming.help@jkjl.app — available 24/7.
Know Your Habits
Most players never have a problem. They set a budget, they play, they stop when the budget's gone, and they don't think about it again until next time. That's healthy gaming.
But the signs that gaming has become a problem can be subtle at first. They can look like justifiable reasons to keep playing — "I just need one more win to get back to even," or "I'll stop after this session." Those thought patterns are worth noticing.
The checklist on the right isn't a diagnosis. It's a set of questions that responsible gaming researchers have found to be meaningful indicators of whether gaming is still working as entertainment or has started to cause harm. If you answer yes to two or more of these questions, it's worth pausing and reaching out to jkjl's responsible gaming team or one of the Philippine support resources listed below.
Answering honestly — even if the answers are uncomfortable — is the first step. jkjl won't judge you for it, and we won't try to talk you out of taking a break.

Warning Signs
These are common patterns that responsible gaming counsellors look for. They're not reasons to feel shame — they're useful signals that something has shifted and it's time to get support.
Difficulty paying bills, borrowing money, or drawing from savings due to gaming losses. This is the most common and clearest signal.
Arguments with family, hiding gaming activity, neglecting responsibilities at home or at work because of time or money spent gaming.
Playing to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness, or depression — rather than for enjoyment. Gaming as a coping mechanism tends to make underlying issues worse, not better.
Returning to play specifically to recover money already lost. This is one of the most reliable behavioural indicators of problematic gambling and rarely leads to the outcome the player is hoping for.
Hiding gaming sessions, deposits, or losses from family and friends. Secrecy is often a sign that the player themselves recognises the behaviour has gone beyond healthy limits.
Getting Support
You don't have to manage this alone. jkjl's responsible gaming team and Philippine support organisations are here — no judgment, no cost, no pressure.
Email gaming.help@jkjl.app or use the live chat inside your jkjl account. Our team is available 24/7 in English and Filipino. We can activate account tools on your behalf, process exclusion requests, and point you toward professional support if needed.

Play Well
These aren't rules — they're habits that players who game healthily tend to have in common. Easy to adopt, genuinely useful.
Decide in advance how much of your entertainment budget goes to jkjl this week. Set it as a deposit limit. The decision is easier to stick to when it's made before you've started playing — not in the middle of a losing streak when emotions are running high.
When your session budget is spent, close the app. Don't add more. The urge to top up "just once more" after hitting your limit is exactly the moment when casual gaming can start to become something else. The games will still be there tomorrow.
Gaming when you're stressed, tired, angry, or upset tends to lead to worse decisions and worse results. If you're having a hard day, jkjl will be there when you feel better. Don't use gaming as a way to unwind from a bad situation — it usually adds to it rather than fixing it.
The best mindset going into a jkjl session is that you're paying for entertainment — the same way you'd pay for a movie or a night out. If you win, great. If you don't, you got what you paid for. Players who chase wins tend to end up chasing losses. Players who play for fun tend to enjoy themselves.
Enable jkjl's session time reminders and actually use them as a prompt to step away for a few minutes. Get some water, stretch, check your messages. Breaks break the flow of extended, automatic betting — and give you a clear moment to decide whether to continue.
If you notice that gaming is affecting your mood, your finances, or your relationships, talk about it — to a trusted friend, a family member, or jkjl's responsible gaming team. The earlier you acknowledge it, the easier it is to address. There's no reason to deal with it alone.
If you feel like you need to take a break — whether it's a few days, a few weeks, or permanently — jkjl's self-exclusion takes effect the moment you request it. No cooling-off period, no second-guessing from us. Your account is locked immediately.
To activate self-exclusion: log in to jkjl → Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Or email gaming.help@jkjl.app and our team will process it for you within minutes.
Or email gaming.help@jkjl.app for immediate assistance.
